05. ATE Reporting to Council. (a) Beginning January 1, 2021, the District Department of Transportation, in consultation with the Department of Motor Vehicles, shall report to the Council on a semi-annual basis the following information: (1) The top 15 automated traffic enforcement ('ATE') locations by value of citations generated in the District; (2) The breakdown of the jurisdictions where those receiving ATE citations and with outstanding ATE citation debt have their vehicles registered; (3) The locations where cameras have been added in the last 6 months and the reasons why those locations were chosen; and (4) The amount of ATE citations issued in total and by location.
