08. Reinstatement of suspended licenses. Within 30 days after the October 30, 2018, the Department shall reinstate a person's license, or privilege to drive within the District in the case of a person holding an out-of-state permit, if the person's license, or privilege to drive in the District, was suspended due to failure to pay any civil fines or penalties assessed pursuant to this subchapter or failure to appear at a hearing under § 50-2302.06(b).
