Law 25-50 repealed §§ 201 and 301 of D.C. Law 23-182 including the applicability provisions impacting this section. Applicability of D.C. Law 23-230: § 301 of D.C. Law 23-230 provided that the creation of this section by § 201 of D.C. Law 23-230 is subject to the inclusion of the law’s fiscal effect in an approved budget and financial plan. Therefore that amendment has not been implemented.
