01. Definitions. [Repealed] Repealed. (July 17, 2018, D.C. Law 22-139, § 101, 65 DCR 5966; Nov. 13, 2021, D.C. Law 24-45, § 7164, 68 DCR 010163.) Applicability Applicability of D.C. Law 22-139: § 201 of D.C. Law 22-139 provided that the creation of this section by § 101 of D.C. Law 22-139 is subject to the inclusion of the law’s fiscal effect in an approved budget and financial plan. Therefore that amendment has not been implemented.
