18. Marriage, divorce, and annulment reporting. The court shall complete and forward to the Registrar on or before the 20th day of each month in an electronic format prescribed by the Registrar a report of completed applications and licenses for marriage returned to the court during the preceding month, and a record of each divorce or annulment decree granted during the preceding month.
