30. Repealer; savings clause. Chapter 2 of this title, is repealed. The existing rules implementing Chapter 2 of this title shall remain in effect until superseded by rules promulgated under this chapter. (Oct. 30, 2018, D.C. Law 22-164, § 130, 65 DCR 9324.)
