01. District government use of opioid antagonists. [Repealed] Repealed. (Apr. 11, 2019, D.C. Law 22-288, § 104a; as added Mar. 16, 2021, D.C. Law 23-182, § 3(b), 68 DCR 00008; Sept. 6, 2023, D.C. Law 25-50, § 7003, 70 DCR 10366.) Applicability Section 7003 of D.C. Law 25-50 repealed §§ 3 and 6 of D.C. Law 23-182 including the applicability provisions impacting this section. Therefore the amendment made to this section be D.C. Law 23-182 has been implemented. Applicability of D.C. Law 23-182: § 6 of D.C. Law 23-182 provided that the creation of this section by § 3(b) of D.C. Law 23-182 is subject to the inclusion of the law’s fiscal effect in an approved budget and financial plan. Therefore that amendment has not been implemented.
