08. Transfer of functions and duties from the Department of Human Services. All positions, personnel, property, records, equipment, and unexpended balances available or to be made available of appropriations, allocations, and other funds of the Department of Human Services dedicated to the implementation of Chapter 19 of this title are hereby transferred to the Department of Aging and Community Living.
