06. Applicability. [Repealed] Repealed. (Mar. 6, 2018, D.C. Law 22-66, § 7, 65 DCR 354; Oct. 30, 2018, D.C. Law 22-168, § 7023, 65 DCR 9388.) Applicability Section 7023 of D.C. Law 22-168 repealed section 7 of D.C. Law 22-66 amending the applicability restriction impacting this section. Therefore the creation of this section by D.C. Law 22-66 has been implemented.
