04. Rulemaking authority. The Mayor, pursuant to subchapter I of Chapter 5 of Title 2, may issue rules to implement the provisions of this chapter. (Mar. 10, 2023, D.C. Law 24-313, § 104, 70 DCR 600.) Applicability Section 7093 of D.C. Law 25-50 repealed section 301 of D.C. Law 24-313 removing the applicability provision impacting this section. Therefore the creation of this section by section 104 of Law 24-313 has been implemented. Applicability of D.C. Law 24-313: § 301 of D.C. Law 24-313 provided that the creation of this section by § 104 of D.C. Law 24-313 is subject to the inclusion of the law’s fiscal effect in an approved budget and financial plan. Therefore that amendment has not been implemented.
