03. Shoreline protection. The Mayor, pursuant to subchapter I of Chapter 5 of Title 2, shall issue rules to require shoreline protection measures, which shall, to the maximum extent possible, promote the use of living shoreline projects. (May 19, 2017, D.C. Law 21-282, § 203, 64 DCR 2055.)
