11.9341 Duties of alternate delegates.—An alternate delegate:(1) Shall act in the place of the paired delegate when the paired delegate is absent from the Article V convention.(2) Replaces the paired delegate if the alternate delegate’s paired delegate vacates the office.History.—s. 13, ch. 2014-52.
