17.51 Oath and certificate of Chief Financial Officer.—The Chief Financial Officer shall, within 10 days before he or she enters upon the duties of office, take and subscribe an oath or affirmation faithfully to discharge the duties of office, which oath or affirmation must be deposited with the Department of State.
