20.29 Department of Citrus; Florida Citrus Commission; executive director.—(1) The head of the Department of Citrus is the Florida Citrus Commission created under s. 601.04.(2) The executive director of the Department of Citrus shall be appointed by a majority vote of, and serves at the pleasure of, the Florida Citrus Commission.
