20.3315 Florida Forever Program Trust Fund of the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission.—(1) There is created a Florida Forever Program Trust Fund within the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission to carry out the duties of the commission under the Florida Forever Act as specified in s. 259.105(3)(g). The trust fund shall receive funds pursuant to s. 259.105(3)(g).(2) Notwithstanding the provisions of s. 216.301 and pursuant to s. 216.351, any balance in the trust fund at the end of any fiscal year shall remain in the trust fund at the end of the year and shall be available for carrying out the purposes of the trust fund.History.—s. 1, ch. 2000-280; s. 2, ch. 2001-25; s. 8, ch. 2001-60; s. 2, ch. 2005-3.
