25.075 Uniform case reporting system.—(1) The Supreme Court shall develop a uniform case reporting system, including a uniform means of reporting categories of cases, time required in the disposition of cases, and manner of disposition of cases.(2) If any clerk willfully fails to report to the Supreme Court as directed by the court, the clerk shall be guilty of misfeasance in office.History.—s. 5, ch. 72-406; s. 95, ch. 95-147; s. 2, ch. 2011-52.
