25.201 Deputy clerk of Supreme Court.—The clerk may appoint a deputy, who, being duly sworn, may discharge all the duties of the office of clerk during his or her absence. The clerk shall in all cases be responsible for the acts of such deputy.History.—s. 1, ch. 57-274; s. 100, ch. 95-147.
