25.3844 Administrative Trust Fund.—(1) The Administrative Trust Fund is created within the state courts system.(2) The fund is established for the purpose of supporting the operations of the judicial branch and for such other purposes as may be appropriate, and shall be expended only pursuant to legislative appropriation or an approved amendment to the agency’s operating budget pursuant to the provisions of chapter 216.History.—s. 3, ch. 2006-23; s. 2, ch. 2009-31; s. 3, ch. 2010-162.
