35.28 District courts of appeal libraries.—The library of each of the district courts of appeal and its custodian shall be provided for by rule of the Supreme Court. Payment for books, equipment, supplies, and quarters as provided for in such rules shall be paid from funds appropriated for the district courts, on requisition drawn as provided by law.History.—s. 1, ch. 57-248.
