57.061 Costs; recovery of illegally exacted; procedure.—(1) SUMMARY PROCEEDINGS.—Any person aggrieved by any charge for costs by any officer may have its correctness determined by a court and jury by giving 5 days’ notice to the officer making the charge, stating in the notice the time and place of trial.
