63.219 Sanctions.—Upon a finding by the court that an adoption entity has willfully violated any substantive provision of this chapter relative to the rights of the parties to the adoption and legality of the adoption process, the court is authorized to prohibit the adoption entity from placing a minor for adoption in the future in this state.History.—s. 23, ch. 92-96; s. 32, ch. 2001-3; s. 37, ch. 2003-58.
