92.40 Reports of building, housing, or health code violations; admissibility.—A copy of a report, notice, or citation of a violation of any building, housing, or health code by a governmental agency charged with the enforcement of such codes, certified by the agency, if otherwise material shall be admissible as evidence.History.—s. 11, ch. 73-330.
