125.39 Nonapplicability to county lands acquired for specific purposes.—The provisions of this law shall not be construed to cover the sale or disposition of any land conveyed to any county for a specific purpose and containing a reversionary clause whereby said land shall revert to the grantor or grantors upon failure to use said real property for such purpose.History.—s. 5, ch. 23829, 1947; s. 1, ch. 73-260; s. 29, ch. 73-332.
