130.19 Result of election; issuance and sale of bonds.—If the election shall result 'FOR BONDS' then the board of county commissioners of such county shall forthwith proceed and provide for the payment of the interest and principal of such bonds, and for the issuance, sale, disposition thereof, expenditure of proceeds realized therefrom, and for trustees therefor unless otherwise provided by law, as provided by ss. 130.03-130.16.History.—s. 5, ch. 6536, 1913; RGS 1555; CGL 2349.
