130.24 Obligations valid when signed by officers who retire before delivery.—All bonds, notes, coupons or other obligations, signed by the duly authorized officers of any county, municipality, political subdivision or any public body, board or agency of the state, shall be valid and binding obligations, although before the date of delivery, the persons signing such bonds, notes, coupons or other obligations shall have ceased to be officers of the county, municipality, political subdivision, public body, board or agency issuing the same.History.—s. 1, ch. 8552, 1921; CGL 2354.
