154.13 Designated facilities; jurisdiction.—Any designated facility owned or operated by a public health trust and located within the boundaries of a municipality is under the exclusive jurisdiction of the county creating the public health trust and is not within the jurisdiction of the municipality.History.—s. 2, ch. 2018-24.
