155.03 Duties of county commissioners.—Should the board of county commissioners accept such trust, it shall administer the same until the termination of the trust; providing, however, that nothing herein shall require the board of county commissioners to expend any funds of the county in the maintenance of such hospital or the administration of such trust.History.—s. 3, ch. 17834, 1937; CGL 1940 Supp. 2934(30).
