155.13 County hospitals; vacancies in trustees.—Vacancies in the board of trustees occasioned by resignations, removal, or otherwise, shall be reported to the Governor of the state, who shall fill such vacancies in a like manner as the original appointments; appointees shall hold office for the remainder of the term in which the vacancy occurred.History.—s. 10, ch. 20905, 1941.
