159.709 Powers of ss. 159.701-159.7095 supplemental.—The powers conferred by ss. 159.701-159.7095 shall be in addition and supplementary to existing powers and statutes, and these sections shall not be construed as repealing any of the provisions of any other law, general or local.History.—s. 4, ch. 79-101.
