163.450 Municipal and county participation in neighborhood development programs under Pub. L. No. 90-448.—Nothing contained herein shall be construed to prevent a county or municipality which is engaging in community redevelopment activities hereunder from participating in the neighborhood development program under the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968 (Pub.
