170.18 Notice required where no newspaper is published in county in which municipality is situated.—Where, by any of the provisions of this chapter, any notice is required to be given by publication in a newspaper, if there be no newspaper published in the county in which the municipality is situated, then such notice shall be posted for the prescribed period of time in at least five public places in the municipality, one of which shall be the city or town hall, or the place of meeting of the governing authority, if there be no city or town hall.History.—s. 18, ch. 9298, 1923; CGL 3039.
