190.036 Recovery of delinquent charges.—In the event that any rates, fees, rentals, charges, or delinquent penalties shall not be paid as and when due and shall be in default for 60 days or more, the unpaid balance thereof and all interest accrued thereon, together with reasonable attorney’s fees and costs, may be recovered by the district in a civil action.History.—s. 2, ch. 80-407.
