206.9837 Disclosure of price.—Every retail dealer engaged in the sale of aviation fuel to the public shall post in a place clearly visible to the public in the fixed base operator terminal, or on the outside housing of each pump or other dispensing device, the price of the aviation fuel, including a statement disclosing whether the stated price includes tax on the fuel.
