215.71 Application of bond proceeds.—The division shall remit the proceeds of such bonds, after first deducting its fees, costs and expenses as provided in this act, for application in the manner provided in the laws relating to such bonds and in the proceedings authorizing the issuance of such bonds.History.—s. 16, ch. 69-230.
