215.77 Trust funds.—The proceeds of all bonds and all taxes, revenues, or other funds provided for in this act and the proceedings which authorized the issuance of such bonds shall be and constitute trust funds and shall be used and applied solely in the manner and for the purposes provided in this act and the proceedings which authorized the issuance of such bonds.History.—s. 22, ch. 69-230.
