216.182 Approval of fixed capital outlay program plan.—(1) The Executive Office of the Governor shall have the authority to approve the program plan of fixed capital outlay projects to assure that each is consistent with legislative policies for operations, including approved operational standards related to program and utilization and reasonable continuing operating costs.(2) Any department under the direct supervision of a member of the Cabinet or of a board consisting of the Governor and members of the Cabinet which contends that the determination of the program plan by the Executive Office of the Governor pursuant to subsection (1) is contrary to the orderly implementation of legislative authorization shall have the right to have the issue reviewed by the Administration Commission, which shall decide such issue by majority vote.
