217.07 Transfer of surplus property assets to department.—The Chief Financial Officer is authorized to transfer to the department any funds unexpended in the Surplus Property Revolving Trust Fund account in the State Treasury. This revolving fund shall remain in existence as a separate trust fund as long as the surplus property program exists.
