285.12 Reservation; mineral deposits.—The tribe shall benefit from the discovery and development of all mineral deposits on the lands of the reservation the same as if the title to said lands were vested in the tribe and any law relating to the use of public lands shall not apply.History.—s. 6, ch. 29908, 1955; s. 1, ch. 69-298.
