1290.014 Annual reports on enterprise zones.—(1) By October 1 of each year, the Department of Revenue shall submit an annual report to the department detailing the usage and revenue impact by county of the state incentives listed in s. 290.007.(2) The annual report required under s. 20.60 shall include the information provided by the Department of Revenue pursuant to subsection (1) and the information provided by enterprise zone development agencies pursuant to s. 290.0056.
