695.08 Prior use of scrawl as seal.—All written instruments heretofore or hereafter made with a scrawl or scroll, printed or written, affixed as a seal are declared to be sealed instruments, and shall be construed and received in evidence as such in all the courts of this state.History.—s. 2, ch. 4148, 1893; GS 2485; RGS 3827; CGL 5705.
