713.33 Disbursing agent and others may rely on owner’s notices.—When the proceeds of a construction or improvement loan or any portion thereof are being disbursed by a person other than the owner, any affidavit, notice or other instrument which is permitted or required under this part to be furnished to the owner may be relied upon by such other person in making such disbursements to the same extent as the owner is entitled to rely upon the same.History.—s. 1, ch. 63-135; s. 35, ch. 67-254.Note.—Former s. 84.331.
