717.1235 Dormant campaign accounts; report of unclaimed property.—Unclaimed funds reported in the name of a campaign for public office, for any campaign that must dispose of surplus funds in its campaign account pursuant to s. 106.141, after being reported to the department, shall be deposited with the Chief Financial Officer to the credit of the State School Fund.History.—s. 3, ch. 2016-90.
