817.414 Sale of counterfeit security signs and decals.—A person who willfully and knowingly sells or attempts to sell a counterfeit sign or decal in this state with the name or logo of a security company without the express written consent of the company commits:(1) For the first offense, a misdemeanor of the second degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082 or s. 775.083.(2) For a second or subsequent offense, a misdemeanor of the first degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082 or s. 775.083.History.—s. 14, ch. 2015-166.
