817.65 Defenses not available.—It shall not constitute a defense to a prosecution for any violation of this part that:(1) A credit card that is not a counterfeit credit card is offered for use or sale as a counterfeit credit card.(2) A person, other than the defendant, who violated this part has not been convicted, apprehended, or identified.History.—s. 8, ch. 67-340; s. 7, ch. 85-43.
