849.233 Penalty for violation of s. 849.231.—Any person, including any enforcement officer, clerk or prosecuting official who shall violate the provisions of s. 849.231 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082 or s. 775.083.History.—s. 3, ch. 29665, 1955; s. 1071, ch. 71-136.
