860.091 Violations of s. 860.05, s. 860.08, or s. 860.09 resulting in death; penalty.—Any person who violates the provisions of s. 860.05, s. 860.08, or s. 860.09 when such violation results in the death of another person is guilty of homicide as defined in chapter 782, punishable as provided in s. 775.082.History.—s. 2, ch. 79-360.
