870.048 Violations.—Any violation of a provision of ss. 870.041-870.047 or of any emergency measure established pursuant thereto shall be a misdemeanor of the first degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082 or s. 775.083.History.—s. 9, ch. 70-990; s. 1128, ch. 71-136.
