876.24 Membership in subversive organization; penalty.—It shall be unlawful for any person to become or to remain a member of a subversive organization or a foreign subversive organization knowing said organization to be a subversive organization or foreign subversive organization. Any person convicted of violating this section shall be guilty of a felony of the third degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082, s. 775.083, or s. 775.084.History.—s. 3, ch. 28221, 1953; s. 1144, ch. 71-136; s. 93, ch. 2018-110.
