877.05 Killing young veal for sale; penalty; exception.—Whoever kills or causes to be killed for the purpose of sale, any calf less than 4 weeks old, and knowingly sells, or has in his or her possession with intent to sell, the meat of any calf killed when less than 4 weeks old, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.083.
