903.101 Sureties; licensed persons; to have equal access.—Subject to rules adopted by the Department of Financial Services and by the Financial Services Commission, every surety who meets the requirements of ss. 903.05, 903.06, 903.08, and 903.09, and every person who is currently licensed by the Department of Financial Services and registered as required by s. 648.42 shall have equal access to the jails of this state for the purpose of making bonds.History.—s. 1, ch. 61-406; ss. 13, 35, ch. 69-106; s. 24, ch. 70-339; s. 1, ch. 70-439; s. 1920, ch. 2003-261.
